Join us in our courtyard this summer for the return of our much-loved Friday Night BBQs. Enjoy a creative menu of seasonal food, sourced sustainably from our land and cooked perfectly over coals. A live band – from Cuban to Jazz – provides the soundtrack as the day slowly draws to a close.
Each ticket includes a generous BBQ main of slow-cooked Knepp longhorn brisket, handmade sausage and Market Garden sides, a welcome drink on arrival, and music throughout the evening. For vegetarians, we offer grilled aubergine and slow-cooked red peppers with Market Garden sides. All ingredients are organic and cooked with the same care and ethos that has earned Knepp Wilding Kitchen its green MICHELIN star. The menu reflects seasonal availability, so dishes may vary.
While tables are not allocated, there is ample seating for everyone. We recommend arriving early to find your preferred spot. The event takes place come rain or shine – if needed, we simply move into the barn and let the evening continue indoors.
Dietary requirements can be accommodated, so there’s no need to notify us in advance. However, if you have specific or serious allergies that you feel the kitchen should be aware of, please email the team at wildingkitchen@knepp.co.uk
