Knepp Safaris is based at New Barn Farm, Swallows lane, Dial Post, West Sussex RH13 8NN.It is approximately 1hr 30mins from London and approximately 40 mins from Brighton.
Sat-Nav will take you most of the way but lets you down at the final stage so please print off these directions to ensure you don’t miss the turning that sat-nat doesn’t believe exists! Dial Post is well sign posted for on the A24 and there are two turn offs for it that lead to the Swallows Lane.
Heading south on the A24 take the turn off for Dial Post, 2.9 miles south of Buck Barn cross roads. Follow the road until you enter the village, take the first right onto Swallows Lane, then take the first left after the national speed limit signs, the track is sign posted New Barn Farm.
Heading north on the A24 from the Washington Roundabout take the turn off for Dial Post after 4.5 miles. Follow the road until you enter the village, take second left onto Swallows lane, then take the first left after the national speed limit signs the track is sign posted New Barn Farm.
We want to encourage people walking or cycling and using public transport. There are no bicycle tracks through the rewilding project, but you are welcome to cycle to the campsite along the public roads and leave your bike safe with us.

Bus services in our area are woefully inadequate. This is something we’re taking up with the local council.
The 23 bus runs regularly along the A24 from Worthing to Horsham. It’s about a 45 min walk from New Barn Farm to the bus-stop at the Buck Barn crossroads on the A24.
We are delighted to offer our guests two electric vehicle charging points thanks to Zero Carbon World. We charge £6 per charge which can be paid at the campsite shop. If you need to borrow charging cables (we have both type one and two), these are available from the shop (open Easter to October, 9am to 6pm).
