Indulge in a truly wild experience in our private dining room located at the Wilding Kitchen. Our Knepp Wilding Feast Menu celebrates the best of sustainable, pasture-fed cuisine, showcasing exceptional cuts of Knepp’s own meat together with produce from other certified suppliers.
Our Market Garden provides the majority of our vegetables, which are given pride of place on every plate. Freshness is at the heart of our menu, with our chefs curating dishes that feature seasonal ingredients and slow-grown, dry-aged meat from our in-house butchery and partner farms.
The Knepp Wilding Feast, served sharing-style, is a culinary journey that highlights the very best of what sustainable dining can offer.

We offer two lunchtime sittings of 12pm and 2.30pm, alongside a Saturday evening sitting of 6pm.The room comfortably accommodates up to 18 guests. We require a minimum spend of £500, with a refundable deposit of £150 to secure your booking. No pre-order is required; please advise on any allergies or dietary requirements at time of booking.
