Wild Range Meat
In balance with nature
In balance with nature
Food with a story - high in welfare, low in impact, and full of flavour. Our wild range pasture-fed meat is from systems grounded in healthy soil, diverse habitats, and strong principles.
Slow-grown by nature
Raised on our 3,500-acre rewilding project, our free-roaming herds of cattle, pigs and deer help shape one of the UK’s biggest biodiversity hotspots. Living freely and eating a wild, naturally-varied diet, they produce meat that’s healthier, richer in flavour and better for the planet.
Designed for your convenience, our meat boxes bring together the best of Knepp Wild Range and our trusted partners. From midweek staples to celebratory roasts, each box is packed with nutrient-rich, regeneratively produced meat to inspire your next meal.
Our beef comes from old English longhorn cattle that roam freely and naturally in our rewilding landscape. By revitalising the soil and plants, they’re helping our ecosystem to capture carbon, acting as a positive force against climate change.
Our pork is sourced from Wild Range Tamworth pigs, who love rootling wetlands and wood pastures, gorging on acorns from ancient oaks. This rare native breed forages year round, helping to restore habitat for rare species like the turtle dove.
Our charcuterie is crafted in small batches in-house using organic, sustainable beef sourced from our rewilding project and pork from like-minded producers who deeply care about the planet, people and animals.
Organically-reared meat from our rewilding project and other nature-friendly suppliers is available online, direct from Knepp’s own butchery. View a selection of beautiful dishes made with our organic produce. Venison stir-fry, sweet potato cottage pie, and many more recipes.
